WISE WOMAN – a workshop about (peri-)menopause
The (peri-)menopausal journey can be a challenging and confusing time, and it often begins with seemingly ‘random symptoms’. Menopause is a significant transitional phase in a woman’s life, lasting for up to ten years, and many women feel uninformed or unprepared for the changes they experience.
I want to change that! This is why I have created this empowering workshop to provide you with the knowledge, practical tools and strategies, and support, for you to navigate this transition with much more grace and confidence.
